Policies

Late Policy: If you arrive more than 10 minutes past the start of your class time, you will not be allowed to join. You will forfeit the credit and will not receive a refund. You must be IN class (not checking in) by the 10 minute mark. Certain exceptions may be made, but only at the discretion of Circus Collective.
24-hour cancellation policy: If you cancel within 24 hours of class, you forfeit your class credit and will not receive a refund. Certain exceptions may be made, but only at the discretion of Circus Collective, including in the case of injury or illness (accompanied by a note from your physician).​

Membership Policies:

If you have an all access, annual, or ground membership and cancel within the 24 hour window, you will be charged $10 per class as a late-cancel fee.

Mini, Mini Plus, Ground, Open Gym, and All-Access memberships are billed monthly on auto-pay. 2 month minimum commitment, 30 day cancellation notice required.

Class Pack & Drop In Policies

All class packs are valid for 6 months from purchase.

Drop-ins are valid 12 months from purchase.

New student special is valid for 30 days from first visit.

Weekend warrior packs can only be used for weekend classes.

Pole Class Policies​​

Spray the towel, not the pole

N0 jewelry

No lotion

Clean your pole at the end of your class or training session.

If filming, ask others around you.

No rosin on poles.

Circus Class Policies​​

No jewelry, zippers, or anything with buckles or sequins.

Low enrollment: Circus Collective may cancel class up to 3 hours before if they class has fewer than 3 participants. You will be notified via text message (or email if we don't have a phone number on file for you).
​
Should Circus Collective cancel a class you are enrolled in, the class credit will be returned to your account. This credit will maintain the original expiration date. If you are uncertain of this date, please feel free to contact us by emailing info@circuscollective.com.
