What should I bring? What should I wear? For Aerial Classes: Wear comfortable work-out clothing that covers your knees and mid-drift. Leggings and long sleeves can be worn as protection from burns from the aerial equipment. Additionally, socks are recommended for trapeze, lyra, and rope classes. **For all aerial classes, clothing must be free of buttons, snaps, and zippers. Jewelry, hair clips, and anything else that could snag on the aerial fabric are prohibited.** For Pole Classes: For intro classes, we recommend shorts. As you progress, we recommend wearing shorts and a sports bra. We also strongly recommend you not apply any lotion 3-6 hours before class. **For all pole classes, all naughty bits must be covered, and no lingerie/transparent clothing is allowed in place of workout attire** Bring a water bottle or cup with you to stay hydrated! For safety, glass containers are not allowed on our premises.

What happens when I miss a class due to work / travel / etc.?Cancellations for classes, open workouts, and private lessons must be made at least 24 hours in advance (online) to be eligible for a credit to your account. With memberships, students have the flexibility to attend another class if they miss one they regularly attend. Please be sure to update your reservations in MindBody - if a class reservation is not cancelled at least 24 hours before the class begins, the class credit will be lost. We believe that the most progress is made when students attend the same class(es) regularly and work consistently with the same instructor(s). Students are encouraged to attend the same class(es) weekly.
